Delete account

The app Parata generally stores your data on your device. There is only a user account if you created one in the app.

Data on your device

Deleting the app from your device removes the data stored there.

Delete the account in the app

1. Open the settings in the app.
2. Choose the section for your user account.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm the deletion.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to us via the form below or at info@parata.app — we will take care of the deletion.

Purchases and subscriptions

Please cancel running subscriptions separately in the App Store or on Google Play.
