These terms apply to the use of the app Parata and this website. The provider is Priotecs IT GmbH.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the app Parata and all related services. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are concluded and billed exclusively via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. The terms of the respective store apply in addition; for iOS, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) applies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the store in time.

3. Right of use

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for private purposes. Passing on, modifying or redistributing it is not permitted.

4. User obligations

You are responsible for the content you enter and do not use the app abusively.

5. Availability and liability

We strive for trouble-free use but cannot guarantee it. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions; otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may amend these terms. We will inform you of material changes in the app or on this website.
